register new company:
1- Select the Directors and
get their DIN (Digital Identification Number) and DSC (Digital Signature
Certificate) made. Atleast 2 directors are needed for pvt ltd company
registration online. Documents required for DIN and DSC are PAN Card,

or has Trademark etc etc.
4- Draft MOA and AOA
keeping in mind the main line of business you would like to do with register

5- Post that the Private
Limited Company Incorporation is done and you will get Certificate of
Incorporation
6- Once your Private
Limited Company Incorporation is done, you need to apply for PAN and TAN which

are over, get your Bank Account Opened and be ready to live your dreams
